  1. Scope

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.

  1. Delivery Conditions

We deliver within Germany.

We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

  1. Payment

The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:

Credit card

When you place your order, you provide your credit card details. After you have been authenticated as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be charged.

PayPal, PayPal Express

During the order process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. PayPal Plus

As part of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal Services. You will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment details, confirm the use of your data by PayPal, and the payment instruction to PayPal.

If you have chosen the payment method PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount, you must be registered there or register first and authenticate yourself with your login details. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction. Further information is provided during the order process.

Credit card via PayPal

If you have chosen the credit card payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company at the request of PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction and after you have been authenticated as the legitimate cardholder, and your card will be charged. Direct debit via PayPal

If you have chosen the direct debit payment method, you do not need to be registered with PayPal to pay the invoice amount. By confirming the payment instruction, you grant PayPal a direct debit mandate. PayPal will inform you about the date of the account debit (so-called prenotification). Upon submission of the direct debit mandate immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction, PayPal will instruct its bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out and your account will be debited. Further information is provided during the order process.

Sofort by klarna

After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. In order to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have a bank account enabled for online banking, authenticate yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction to us. Further information is provided during the order process. The payment transaction will be carried out by Sofort immediately afterwards and your account will be debited.

Apple Pay

To pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with the service provider Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the order process.

Google Pay

To pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with the service provider Google, have activated the Google Pay function, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after placing the order. Further information is provided during the order process.

Purchase on account via Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you purchase on account as a payment option. Please note that Klarna invoice is only available to consumers and that payment must be made to Klarna.   1. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

  1. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery agent as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

  1. Warranty and Guarantees

Unless expressly agreed otherwise below, the statutory liability for defects applies.

For used goods: if the defect occurs after one year from delivery of the goods, claims for defects are excluded. Defects that occur within one year from delivery of the goods can be asserted within the statutory limitation period of two years from delivery of the goods.

The above restrictions and shortening of periods do not apply to claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents

  • in the event of injury to life, limb, or health
  • in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty as well as fraud
  • in the event of breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations)
  • as part of a guarantee promise, if agreed, or
  • insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.

Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

  1. Liability

For claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents, we are always liable without limitation

  • in the event of injury to life, limb, or health
  • in the event of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
  • in the case of guarantee promises, if agreed, or
  • insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.

In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations), due to slight negligence by us, our legal representatives, or agents, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract at the time of conclusion.

Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.

  1. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here. We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
